Quotes & payment

Every job gets a fixed price in writing before work begins. The number on the proposal is the number on the invoice.

A 50% deposit starts the build; the balance is due at handover. Nothing is ever charged through this website — invoices come to you directly.

Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts. No surprise line items, ever.

What you own

Every account we create — domain, hosting, code, database — is registered in your name from day one. All credentials are handed over at launch, and you're walked through changing every password.

Full ownership of the finished website, including the code, transfers to you on final payment.

The 30-day warranty

For 30 days after launch, any genuine bug — something in the agreed scope that doesn't work as it should — is fixed free.

To keep things fair: a bug is something broken; new functionality is a change, and changes are quoted. After the warranty you can join the Care Plan, pay per fix, or take the site to any developer you like — you own it.

The Care Plan

The Care Plan is a month-to-month subscription with no minimum term — cancel anytime and your website keeps running exactly as it is. Standing access we hold under the Care Plan can be revoked by you at any time.

The boring-but-necessary bit

We build carefully and stand behind our work, but our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you've paid us for the job in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are a summary of how we work. The signed proposal and services agreement for your job is the final word — if anything here conflicts with it, the signed agreement wins.
