Privacy
Your details, handled like they’re ours.
The plain-English version — because privacy policies shouldn’t need a lawyer to read.
What we collect
When you fill in our lock-in or contact forms, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, business name, ABN, service area, and whatever you tell us about your website plans. That's it — no hidden extras.
Our website uses basic, privacy-respecting analytics (page counts, not people). We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use marketing cookies.
Why we collect it
One reason: so we can call you back, write your proposal, and — if you go ahead — build your website and set up accounts in your name, which is the whole point of Groundwork.
Where it lives
Form submissions are delivered to our business email and kept while we're working together (and for a reasonable period afterwards for records and warranty support). Credentials created during your build are stored in an encrypted password manager and handed over to you at launch.
What we'll never do
We will never sell your information, share it with lead-generation platforms, or use it for anything beyond talking to you about your website. That would be a strange look for a business whose entire pitch is that you should own your own stuff.
Your choices
Want your details corrected or deleted? Email sales@groundworksites.com.au and it's done. If you believe we've mishandled your information, tell us first — and you can always contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
